Prep, prime and makeup for this romantic late-summer look! Always do a thorough cleanse, tone and moisturize for glowing skin and for the best makeup application results. La Roche Posay’s products gently cleanse, leave skin super fresh, have no parabens and are suitable for all skin types. Prime Time! I use Illamasqua’s Hydra Veil makeup primer. It hydrates and wakes up the skin leaving it fresh as the skin drinks it in like water. For a glowy, dewy textured face that bounces light in all the right places, I use highlighter underneath the foundation as well as applying it on top. Try Charlotte Tilbury’s Wonder Glow for this effect. For a great foundation with pigment that has good coverage you can build, I like to use Illamasqua’s Skin Base Foundation or Mac’s Face and Body for a perfect light weight summer feel. A light contour is great in the right area for this look. My new obsession is Illamasqua’s Gel Sculpt in Silhouette. A cream blusher is a must. Tap some on top of the cheekbones until evenly distributed on the apples and high cheekbones. Stain those lips with a rosy peachy gloss. Illamasqua’s Sheer Lip Gloss in Lily Rose is pucker perfect. Natural and thick brows should be brushed up and tamed with a brow pencil. Use that brow pencil to dot on random faux freckles. Look super summery and oh so cute without the sun damage! Tap the dots with your finger to diffuse for a more believable freckly look. For the eyes I used a champagne shimmer cream shadow primer, I love Urban Decay’s Primer Potion in Sin. Then a wash of colour with some peach, copper and cranberry toned eye shadows to make Teo’s eyes pop. Line the eyes with dark brown liner and some smudgy Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon creamy pencil in Bronzed Garnet on the lower lash line. Slick on some sexy black mascara only on the top lashes . Finally, set your new late-summer look with a dusting of a light Illamasqua Translucent Pressed powder and a spritz of Urban Decay’s All Nighter makeup setting spray.
